The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration with the Will annexed. The executor appointed under the Will dated 29th December, 2015 left behind by the testator had died after the death of the testator but before filing any application for grant of probate. The son of the executor appointed by the testator is the applicant. The other heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 14 lakhs with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
