This appeal arises from an execution proceeding. At the stage of execution, the parties settled their disputes as would appear from the order dated December 2, 2024 recorded by a learned Judge of this Court. The execution proceeding itself was disposed of as infructuous by that order. A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding entered into by and between the parties has been filed in Court by Mr. Sinha, learned Advocate appearing for the decree-holders/respondents.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this appeal which is accordingly disposed of.
