... for the plaintiff The Court : Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that before writ of summons could be served on the defendant, the plaintiff has recorded its intention to withdraw the suit by way of a letter written by the plaintiff to its advocate on record on 28th August, 2021. The letter states that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled by reason of which the plaintiff does not intend to proceed any further with the suit. There is a specific instruction in the said letter to the plaintiff's advocate-on-record for withdrawing the suit at the earliest. The letter is kept on record.

In view of the above, CS 135 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
