The Court: This is an application for grant of probate with the original Will dated 5th May, 2021 annexed thereto, made by the executor who is the only daughter and the sole beneficiary under the Will as also the only surviving legal heiress as the wife of the bachelor son of the testator had predeceased him.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition. PLA/103/2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
