For respondent no.3 The Court : The respondent nos.1 and 2 have filed affidavits stating that they do not wish to proceed any further against the writ petitioner in the recovery proceeding before the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Kolkata. The affidavits affirmed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are taken on record. Counsel for the Indian Bank submits that no dues certificate has been issued by the Indian Bank on 1st December, 2015. The same is kept on record. The order dated 7th February, 2022 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal in O.A. No. 136 of 2001 and R.C. No. 1 of 2022 against the writ petitioner shall stand set aide and quashed.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
