The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of a registered Will dated 29th June, 2018 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The mother of the testator predeceased him. The widow of the testator died after the death of the testator but before the application for grant was filed. Out of the two daughters one is the executrix and the other daughter has consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
