Perused the clarification provided by the Under Secretary, Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare wherefrom it appears that the Office Memorandum, which the review applicant submits will be applicable in case of his client, is not suo moto applicable to the employees of the public sector undertakings. It is only if the public sector undertakings adopt the same that the Office Memorandum will become applicable. 2.

In the instant case, there is nothing on record to suggest that the public sector undertaking adopted the Office Memorandum dated 3rd June, 2021. 3.

Learned advocate representing Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. has categorically denied acceptance of the aforesaid Office Memorandum.

In view of the above, the Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order under review.

The application for review being RVWO No.15 of 2025 stands dismissed. 6.

The connected application being IA NO.GA/2/2025 also stands dismissed. 7.
