The Court:-

1. Affidavit-of-service and supplementary affidavit filed in Court, are taken on record.

2. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is going to expire in the month of May, 2025.

3. Parties submit that the proceedings have reached an advanced stage. It is submitted that the respondents have completed the arguments and reply by the claimant is awaited.

4. Considering the sufficient progress made in the proceeding, and as both parties are ad idem that for the ends of justice the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended, this application is allowed. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by eight months from the date of communication of this order.
