THE COURT: The respondent no.5 has filed a report, copy whereof has been served on the counsel for the petitioner. The said report is kept with the records. The CCTV footage of the hotel as well as of the Park Street Police Station have been preserved. The Park Street Police have registered an FIR dated February 21, 2023 on the complaint of one Pinky Dey under sections 323/354/506/509 of the IPC. Since the petitioner has remedies in accordance with law against the cognizability of his complaint, he may avail such remedies.
