O R D E R

The present application is for appointment of an arbitrator for settlement of dispute arising between the parties on account of an agreement dated July 22, 2011 with reference to the works contract executed by the applicant at Korba Thermal Power Project in Chhatisgarh. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties agreed that dispute arising out of an agreement pertaining to execution of work at Marwa Thermal Project, Chhatisgarh was referred to Justice Tapan Kumar Dutt (Retd.) for arbitration by order dated July 23, 2021 passed in AP No.292 of 2021. The present dispute may also be referred to the same Hon'ble Judge for adjudication.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, Justice Tapan Kumar Dutt (Retd.) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties.
