Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of service. Let the same be kept with the records.

In view of the circumstances mentioned above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, AP/157/2010 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is vacated.
