Leave is granted.

Counsel for the plaintiff has concluded his argument in connection with GA/2/2022.

It is found that from the record that the defendant No.1 has filed the written statement.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the written statement filed by the defendant No.1 has not been served upon the plaintiff. Counsel for the defendant is directed to serve the written statement to the plaintiff within a week after getting certified copy of the same.

The parties are also directed to complete the discovery and inspection of the document within two weeks after service of copy of the written statement. Affidavit of admission and denial be filed within a week thereafter.
