By an order dated 31st July, 2017, this Court had appointed an Arbitrator. It is submitted on behalf of the parties, that due to reasons beyond the control of the parties, the Arbitrator was unable to conclude the proceeding.

The respondents are represented and do not object to the passing of the order.

In view of the aforesaid, the time to make and publish the award is extended by a period of six months from date. Accordingly, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.

With the aforesaid direction, AP No.99 of 2022 stands disposed of.
