Mr. Chakraborty pointed out that in the cause title of the judgment dated 7th August, 2025, the name of the senior Advocate `Mr. Jaydip Kar' has been erroneously recorded as `Mr. Joydip Kar, Sr. Adv.' and the name of the learned Advocate `Mr. Tanoy Chakraborty' has been erroneously recorded as `Mr. Tanmoy Chakraborty'.

Such correction is ministerial in nature and accordingly, Office is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title of the judgment dated 7th August, 2025.

This order should be read in conjunction with the judgment and order dated 7th August, 2025.
