Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, WPO/1188/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the State Transport Authority, West Bengal, being the respondent no.3, to dispose of the representation dated 19th December, 2019 praying for renewal of permit of the petitioner's vehicle within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is noted that the respondent authorities have not responded to the representation for almost in excess of two and half years. A copy of the reasoned order shall be given to the petitioner within a week from the date of such order is passed and the petitioner should be heard by the State respondents.
