I am satisfied that the Terms are lawful and have been duly signed by the parties as well as their respective Advocates. In view of the aforesaid, let there be a decree in terms of Terms of Settlement. Insofar as the remaining obligations of the Receiver are concerned, the Receiver is directed to act in terms of the Terms of Settlement and thereafter, shall stand automatically discharged. In view of the additional work, to be carried out by the Receiver, the Receiver shall be paid a remuneration of 1000 gms by the Advocates on behalf of the plaintiff.
