O R D E R

The present appeal has been filed against the order dated November 28, 2003 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal "E" Bench, Kolkata in Income Tax Appeal bearing I.T.A. No. 1652/Cal/2000 for assessment year 1990-91.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the dispute has been got settled by appellant under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and the amount of tax has already been deposited. Certificate in Form 3 has also been issued in favour of the appellant.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the appellant the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
