Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the delay was by reason of the applicant not being aware of the entirety of the estate of the deceased. The applicant is now aware of the same. The inventory and accounts are now ready for filing. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to grant order in terms of prayer (b) of the Master's Summons dated February 18, 2021. The applicant is at liberty to file inventory and accounts in the department by March 5, 2021. IA GA 1 of 2021 in PLA 125 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly. (DEBANGSU BASAK, J.) TR/
