...For the respondent The Court : This is an appeal against an order dated 16th October, 2020 made by a learned single judge of this Court. Mr. Ghosh, learned senior counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that this order is not appealable under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent as no right of any party has been affected by the order. Mr. Bose, learned counsel appearing for the appellant denies this assertion.

However, both learned counsel have taken a very reasonable stand in the matter which enables us to dispose of this appeal today dispensing with all formalities.

We dispose of the appeal (APO No.130 of 2020) by expressing a hope that the grievance of the appellant in this appeal will surely be addressed by the learned single judge while disposing of the application in question.

The connected stay application (GA No.1 of 2020) is disposed of accordingly.
