Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 14th December, 2018, this Court has granted probate and subsequently at the time of compliance of the conditions of the probate, it has come to know that the locker number in Annexure A of the affidavit of assets has wrongly been mentioned as 534 instead of 280 and locker no. 1/27 was not mentioned in the affidavit of assets which is available with the Indian Bank earlier known as Allahabad Bank, Apcar Garden Branch, Asansol. Counsel for the petitioner prays for amendment in the affidavit of assets filed in PLA/130/2018.

Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application and the documents available on record. The application is allowed in terms of prayers (a) to (g) of the Master's Summons.
