The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 17 August, 2015. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time. Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the award holder be kept with the records. It appears from the said affidavit that no service has been effected till date. In such circumstances, EC/124/2017 stands dismissed. All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.
