In the second line of the second paragraph the expression "agreement for business loan" be corrected as "Loan-cum-Hypothecation Agreement". In the last line of paragraph two in the first page "business loan agreement" be replaced by "Loan-cumHypothecation Agreement" and in the first line of third paragraph "agreement for business loan" be replaced by "Loan-cum-Hypothecation Agreement" and in the sixth line of the third paragraph, the date of the notice under Section 21 be corrected as "February 5, 2025" instead of "July 25, 2022". The remaining portion of the order remains unaltered. Office is directed to carry out the correction..
