The Court : This is a rectification application filed by the petitioner challenging the registration of the trade mark applied by the respondent no.1. It is submitted that after the abolition of the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (in short 'IPAB') in view of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021, this rectification application has been transferred to this Court and renumbered as IPDATM 82 of 2023. The petitioner does not intend to proceed any further with this application. The petitioner has instructed its Advocate to pray for withdrawal of the application. On the prayer of the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
