The Court: None appears on behalf of the petitioner. The Registrar in Insolvency has submitted his report wherein it reveals that the application for probate was filed in the year 2011 but since then the petitioner has not taken any steps for issuance of either general citation or special citation. The petitioner has also not taken any further steps for payment of ad valorem duty.

Considering the report and considering the record of the instant application, this Court finds that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.
