The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the parties placed an order of the Supreme Court dated 26th August, 2021 which recorded the Terms of Settlement arrived at between the parties and filed before the Supreme Court by way of an application. Clauses (iv) and (v) of the terms recorded in the order of the Supreme Court show that the appeal before this Court was agreed to be disposed of by the parties as a part of the settlement proposal made before the Supreme Court. All the respondents are represented.

In view of the order of the Supreme Court recording the settlement between the parties, AID 5 of 2017 along with all connected applications is disposed of in terms of such order.

All interim orders shall stand vacated and all connected applications disposed of.
