In view of the failure of the award-holder to carry out the directions of this Court, EC/191/2019 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law after complying with all formalities.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 25th January, 2019 after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.
