The Court :- The writ petitioner is aggrieved by non-registration of a title deed for which he has to pay stamp duty and registration fees. The petitioner had represented to the Registrar of Assurance-IV, Government of West Bengal, Kolkata- 700001 on 16 th February 2022, but has not received a reply till date. In view of the above, the Registrar of Assurance-IV, being respondent no. 4, shall dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, by a speaking order, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Let the order that shall be passed be communicated to the petitioner within seven days thereof.
