The Court: Mr. Swatarup Banerjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the Receiver has taken possession of the machinery and report has been filed by the Receiver. He submits that no further orders are required to be obtained in this arbitration petition and any further orders he shall seek in the arbitration proceedings.

Accordingly, AP 112 of 2022 is disposed of.

A further remuneration of Rs.50,000/- to be given to the Receiver for the time being until further orders to be passed by the learned Arbitrator. (SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J.) sp/
