The matter is listed as "To Be Mentioned" on receipt of the report of the Master and Official Referee of this Court dated 21st January, 2025. By an order dated 3rd May, 2024, this Court has disposed of CSCOM/289/2024 (Old No. CS/147/2021) along with all connected applications on the basis of the consent terms entered between the defendant Nos. 1 and 2.

At the time of passing of the order, this Court has directed that the consent Terms of Settlement entered between the plaintiff and the defendant Nos. 1 and 2 as well as defendant No. 3 be made as part of decree. Now, the department has submitted the report stating that two Terms of Settlement on the basis of which this Court has passed a decree and directed to make Terms of Settlement as part of decree which are voluminous with their annexures and schedule and few of the annexures which are also part of decree are illegible and he prays for direction upon the Advocate on Record of the parties to supply certified copy of the Terms of Settlement filed by the parties so that the same can be made as part of decree. Considering the report of the department, Advocates on Record of the plaintiff and defendant Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are directed to file certified copy of the Terms of Settlement along with legible copies of the annexures in the department within two weeks so as to enable the department to make the same as part of decree.
