The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that for reasons beyond the control of the Arbitrator, the arbitral reference could not be concluded. I have considered the averments made in the application and I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds and good cause as to why the Arbitrator has been unable to conclude the reference.

In such circumstances, the time to conclude the arbitral reference by the Learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of six months from the date of passing of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, AP-COM/559/2024 stands disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) s.pal
