The applicant has not only sought for amendment of the pleadings of the execution application but has also prayed for amendment of the Tabular Statement filed in the execution application. Admittedly, the petitioner has not yet obtained any order in the execution application, which was filed in the year 2014. Considering the facts of the case, leave is granted to the applicant to withdraw this execution application with liberty to file a fresh one. The department shall return the original arbitral Award to the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner, after obtaining a copy thereof.

With the above direction, the application, IA No. GA 3/2020 (Old GA No.783 of 2020), stands disposed of.
