In such circumstances, FEA/2/2025 along with the connected application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Court. On the prayer of the learned advocate for the appellant, leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the appellant to obtain the certified copy filed

with the Memorandum of Appeal after substituting the same with a copy certified as true by the learned advocate-on-record for the appellant to be kept with the records of the High Court.
