The Court: At this stage of consideration of the interim application, learned advocate for the palintiff submits that since there is a possibility of settlement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit and the interim application with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame casue of action.

In view of such prayer made on behalf of the plaintiff, CS/144/2020 and IA No.GA/1/2020 in CS/144/2020 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
