The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the learned Court of District Probate Registry at Birmingham had granted probate to the petitioner in terms of the last Will and Testament dated 18th December, 2013.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is favoured with the probate by the Court of Birmingham and as such now the petitioner requires grant of Letters of Administration. In terms of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has served the copy of the instant application to the legal heirs but in spite of service of notice, no one appeared.

In view of the above, prayer (a) of the instant application is allowed. PLA/176/2020 is disposed of.
