The learned counsel for the judgment debtor is present with one cheque of Rs.17,000/- but as the learned Special Officer is attending this Court through virtual mode, she could not hand over the cheque to the learned Special Officer. The learned counsel for the judgment debtor shall hand over the cheque to the learned Special Officer whenever he is available in this Court.

The Special Officer is directed to close the relevant bank account with ICICI Bank immediately. The Special Officer is also directed to return the bid to the concerned bidder.

It appears that the decree has been satisfied on full satisfaction. The matter stands disposed of.
