..for the petitioner The Court: The petitioner has filed the present application being GA No. 1 of 2023 praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts. It is found from record that this Court has issued probate on 19th May, 2017 but till date the petitioner has not filed the inventory and accounts.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be granted one month time to file inventory and accounts. Considering the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to come with an inventory and accounts within a week after puja vacation.
