The Court :- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator was extended by this court on an earlier occasion.

The respondent does not have any objection to the extension of the mandate on the ground that the proceeding is complete and only the award is required to be published.

For the ends of justice, this court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, within which time the learned Arbitrator shall make and publish the award.
