1. Counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor has supplied the copy of the mother sanctioned plan and has brought the original to keep the same in the record of the case.

2. Accordingly, Counsel for the alleged contemnor is directed to submit the said original copy of the mother sanctioned plan of the building in question in a sealed cover to the Registrar of the Original Side on or before 5th December, 2025 and the Registrar, Original side after verifying the said original mother sanctioned plan of the building shall keep the same in the record of TS/7/2022.

3. The alleged contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, CC/77/2025 is dropped. Rule, if any, issued against the alleged contemnor is discharged.
