The Court : This appeal is directed against an order dated April 22, 2024 passed in WPO/321/2024.

In the first call, a pass over was sought for on behalf of the appellant which was granted. In the second call, none appears for the appellant. The impugned order does not decide any right of any of the parties finally. It notes that there is unauthorized construction at a particular premises raised at the behest of the identified person. It proceeds to direct such identified person to provide information as sought for in such order. The Court is informed that the writ petition is yet to be decided.

In such circumstances, we find no ground to interfere with the impugned order. APOT/176/2024 along with the connected application is disposed of without any order as to costs.
