The Court : An affidavit affirmed by Mr. Debasish Bandyopadhyay, the alleged contemnor no.1 on 30th July, 2021 is made over to Court which is taken on record. It is submitted by the Advocate representing the alleged contemnor no.1 that on 16th July, 2021 he had due to lack of instruction submitted that Mr. Debasish Bandyopadhyay has retired from service but the fact is that Mr. Debasish Bandyopadhyay is still in service and as such the affidavit has been filed through Mr. Debasish Bandyopadhyay. After perusing the said affidavit it appears that the order dated 4th December, 1995 passed in Matter No.2022 of 1995, being the subject matter of the instant contempt application, has been complied with. The compliance of the said order dated 4th December, 1995 is recorded. The petitioner remains unrepresented.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the contempt proceeding is dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of by recording compliance of the order, the violation whereof is complained of, in the contempt petition. Rule, if any, stands discharged.
