...Special Officer The Court:- According to advocate-on-record of the award-holder in all the five execution cases, the five assets have been handed over by the award-debtors to the award-holder on different dates, the last of which is 11th August, 2023. It is, accordingly, prayed for the execution cases to be disposed of on that basis. The learned Special Officer is present in court and hands up the report. EC/272/2020, EC/273/2020, EC/274/2020, EC/275/2020 and EC/276/2020 are disposed of in terms of the above. The Special Officer, who was initially paid the remuneration as directed, will be paid an additional amount of Rs. 15,000/- by the award-holder. The award-holder shall be at liberty to deal with the assets as directed in the Award dated 22nd October, 2019.
