It is submitted that the proceeding is near completion and witness action is going on, the respondent does not object to such prayer. The mandate of the arbitral Tribunal expired sometime in the month of May, 2025.

For the ends of justice, this court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the arbitral Tribunal for a further period of twelve months from the date of communication of this order, within which time the arbitral Tribunal shall make and publish the award.

As no affidavit has been called for, allegations and counter allegations are deemed to be denied.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
