The Court: This is an application under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The disputes by and between the parties arise out of Working Loan Agreement dated 20th May, 2019.

It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that at the 10th meeting held by the Learned Arbitrator on 20th April, 2024, the Arbitrator has personally resigned and is no longer in a position to act as an Arbitrator. In such circumstances, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands terminated. Justice Saidullah Munshi (Retired) is appointed as a substitute Arbitrator in place and instead of the Sole Arbitrator. The appointment is subject to the Learned Arbitrator communicating his consent in the prescribed format to the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within three weeks from date. The

Advocate on Record of the petitioner shall communicate this order to the Learned Arbitrator forthwith and positively within 10 days from the date of passing of this order.
