... for the petitioner The Court: The petitioner has filed the instant application for extension of time to file inventory and accounts in PLA/201/2019 in terms of the Letters of Administration granted by this Court dated 27th January, 2020. Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some personal difficulties, the petitioner could not be able to file the inventory and accounts within the time as fixed by this Court.

Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application.

This Court finds that sufficient explanation has been given for not filing the statement of accounts and inventory within the time fixed and as such, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed. GA/1/2022 is disposed of.
