The Court : The respondent No.3 Anil Kumar Ganeriwala died on 6th October, 2022.

This is an application for recording his death and to substitute his legal heirs and representatives as a party respondents. We have considered the application.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties have no objection to the orders prayed for.

We allow this application by passing orders in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the petition. The advocate-on-record for the appellant is to furnish a copy of the amended cause title to the advocate-on-record for the respondents, after the amendment is carried out by the department within two weeks thereafter.

The application being GA No.3 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
