The legal representation from the petitioners before the respondent bank requesting registration of the sale certificate in favour of the legal heirs of the auction purchaser is pending consideration. 2.

None represents the bank, despite service.

Affidavit of service is already on record.

In the absence of the learned counsel for the bank, it is not possible for the Court to decide the issue conclusively.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Senior Manager of the Indian Bank being the respondent no.3 to take steps to consider and dispose of the representation made on behalf of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all other necessary parties by passing a reasoned order at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and communicate the said order to the petitioners.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Communication of the Senior Manager of the Indian Bank dated 5th May, 2025 addressed to the leaned advocate of the petitioner filed in Court today is retained with the records.
