The Court:- AP/369/2020 was disposed of on March 12, 2025 by a Learned Judge of this Court, inter alia, granting liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. The said application is an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner is faced with a difficulty. However, if the petitioner seeks return of the original award upon furnishing a photocopy thereof, appropriate prayer should be made before Learned Judge who has disposed of the matter on March 12, 2025.
