The Court :- APOT/131/2025 is directed against the judgment and order dated February 28, 2025 by which the application for review seeking review of the judgment and order dated November 8, 2024 was dismissed. We upheld the order dated November 8, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge amongst the parties. Therefore, on the parity of the same reasoning, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned judgment and order dated February 28, 2025.

Accordingly, APOT/131/2025 along with connected application is disposed of without any order as to costs.
