... for the respondent The Court : Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that they have settled the disputes in the present writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank hands up a no-due certificate dated May 30, 2022 written to the petitioner to the Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and seeks to withdraw the same. WPO No. 390 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all the connected applications shall also stand dismissed.

The no-due certificate is kept on record.
