The Court: This is a suit for infringement and passing off. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time. Pursuant to orders of the Court, the interim order was modified as on 17th February, 2025.

During the pendency of the suit, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The defendant has forwarded a proposal for change of the impugned get up and colour in respect of its mark "Saathwik". The plaintiff is represented and unequivocally agrees to the above proposal. In view of the above, IP-COM/12/2024 stands disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

A copy of the proposed mark filed by the defendant be kept with the records.
